About Us

Dance Time was opened in North Buffalo in 2002. We will be entering our 9th season in September. We are committed to providing a positive, fun learning environment for dancers of all ages. We strongly encourage each dancer to set long and short term goals for themselves and our teachers work hard to help each dancer set and achieve reasonable goals for themselves.

We believe that each dancer is unique and will learn at their own pace. We strive to provide classes for each type of student at varying levels. We also offer a competitive program for serious students to take their dance training to the next level and challenge themselves through performing and competing.

All students of all ages and levels perform in our annual recital. Our recital is held at the beautiful theater at Buffalo State College Rockwell Hall. The performance gives students something extra to look forward to and work towards, as well as an opportunity for students to show off what they have learned this year, in a fun exciting onstage performance with costumes, scenery and fancy lighting. We feel that performing is an important part of a dancer's training and strongly encourage all dancers to participate in the recital.
