Non Refundable Registration Fee - $10.00 per student - This administrative fee is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable, unless DANCE TIME is unable to place your child in the desired class.
Tuition is based on an annual fee for the entire season. All holidays and vacations have been taken into consideration. There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes and the monthly tuition remains the same whether there are 3,4,or 5 classes that month.
Dance Time accepts cash, money orders and checks, made payable to Dance Time, as well as Visa/MC/Discover. We also offer an automatic payment plan (Visa/MC/Disc) for your convenience.
There is a $20.00 service charge for checks returned to us by the bank for any reason.
NEW THIS YEAR - Tuition rates INCLUDE 1 recital costume per class. All accessories included as well, NO ADDITIONAL COSTUME FEES!
There are only 9 equal monthly payments, due September - May.

Add $12.00 for each addtional weekly class, per family.
The rates above reflect the discount given for multiple classes/multiple children in the same family. The discounted rates for multiple classes are only given to the children in each immediate family and are NOT given to extended families for any reason.
Payments must be made on a timely basis. For any payment not received by the 15th of the month, a $15.00 late fee will be assessed.
-There are no refunds for classes cancelled due to weather conditions.
-There are no refunds for missed classes. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of holidays or attendance.
-There is a 10% discount offered for tuition paid in full by July 30, 2011. There is a 7% discount for tuition accounts paid in full by October 7, 2011. Tuition paid in full is non-refundable. A partial refund can only be considered if moving out of the area or injury prevents student from finishing the season.
Autopay
We offer an automatic payment system to collect tuition, costume, and recital fees. If you choose to enroll, tuition payments will be automatically charged to your Visa or MC on the 7th of each month. There is also the option of automatically charging costume and performance fees, when they are due.

Costumes - Recital Costumes are now INCLUDED with tuition rates. No additional costume fees and all accessories are included! No running around for parents!
Recital Performance Fee - A $50.00 per family performance fee is due November 7, 2011. This fee covers the costs involved with renting the theater for rehearsals and the performance. Each family will receive 2 free recital tickets for each show your child is in. Additional tickets may be ordered beginning in April. NEW for 2011-2012- this fee will also include 1 FREE recital DVD per family.
All students of all ages participate in our annual performance. Performing is an important part of dance training and is a fun memorable experience for all involved.
2012 Recital: June 9 & 10, 2012 held at Buffalo State College Rockwell Hall.
