Tuition/Fees

Non Refundable Registration Fee - $10.00 per student - Maximum $25.00 per family - This administrative fee is due at the time of registration.

Tuition is based on an annual fee for the entire season. All holidays and vacations have been taken into consideration. There are NO REFUNDS for missed classes and the monthly tuition remains the same whether there are 3,4,or 5 classes that month.

Dance Time accepts cash, money orders and checks, made payable to Dance Time, as well as Visa/MC/Discover. We also offer an automatic payment plan (Visa/MC/Disc) for your convenience.

There is a $20.00 service charge for checks returned to us by the bank for any reason.

NOTE: September & June tuition are figured in together. For students who begin lessons after the September payment will owe 50% of one payment for June. All other students who began in September will not owe anything for the month of June.

There are only 9 monthly payments, due September - May.

45 minutes - $36.00/monthly

1 hour - $38/monthly

1 hr. 15 min. - $40/monthly

1.5 hours - $48/monthly

2 hours - $54/monthly

2.5 hours - $60/monthly

3 hours - $64/monthly

3.5 hours - $70/monthly

4 hours - $74/monthly

Families: The 1st child (oldest) pays regular tuition. The 2nd child in the family receives a 50% discount. The 3rd child receives a 60% discount. The 4th child receives a 75% discount.

Payments must be made on a timely basis. For any payment not received by the 15th of the month, a $15.00 late fee will be assessed.

-There are no refunds for classes cancelled due to weather conditions.

-There are no refunds for missed classes. Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of holidays or attendance.

-There is a 10% discount offered for tuition paid in full by July 30, 2010. There is a 7% discount for tuition accounts paid in full by October 7, 2010. Tuition paid in full is non-refundable. A partial refund can only be considered if moving out of the area or injury prevents student from finishing the season.

Autopay

We offer an automatic payment system to collect tuition, costume, and recital fees. If you choose to enroll, tuition payments will be automatically charged to your Visa or MC on the 7th of each month. There is also the option of automatically charging costume and performance fees, when they are due.

Costume Fees - A $40.00 non-refundable deposit for each costume is due November 7. The balance is due in February. Costumes will not exceed $65.00. Costume fees include all props, accessories and tights (No last minute running around for parents!) Costumes must be ordered early to ensure delivery on time.

Recital Performance Fee - A $45.00 per family performance fee is due March 7. This fee covers the costs involved with renting the theater for rehearsals and the performance. Each family will receive a total of 4 free tickets to the performance(s). Additional tickets may be ordered beginning in April.

All students of all ages participate in our annual performance. Performing is an important part of dance training and is a fun memorable experience for all involved.
